Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original intact packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, access your customer account and click on Return Your Order, or you can contact us at harshandcruelsup@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return request has been approved, you have 10 days to ship out your return.
Once the return parcel is shipped out, please contact us at harshandcruelsup@gmail.com and include in an email:
- Your order number
- A tracking number for the parcel shipped (it insures for lost/misplaced return parcels)
- The intentions set for your return (exchange/refund)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the wrong item or a defective item is received, please contact us on harshandcruelsup@gmail.com including a picture of the item received.
Exchanges
If an Exchange is requested, the return shipment will be covered by us. The refund will occur as soon as the product reach our warehouse and before the replacement items are sent out. We will then contact you and provide a new tracking number.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
